The weather was warm, the sun shined and kissed your skin, the air was filled with only the humming of nature, the food was straight from local gardens and farms.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt was, what I believe to be, the closest to Heaven you can get on earth. I wanted to keep true to my marsh scenes and incorporate the colors I was inspired by, especially in Puglia, where the desert met the sea. The plants were otherworldly, and often existed in these cool greens.
