Commissions are accepted a few times a year based on image. Please reach out with details of your desired painting to inquire.

New paintings are released approximately every 2 months or so. Images of upcoming paintings and the release date are posted on social media leading up to the release, as well as 2-3 emails sent with early access info. Most paintings sell to email subscribers before they make it to the public. Please sign up for our email newsletter, and make sure you receive our emails in your Inbox (not junk folder) to receive a notification with early access. You can also turn on post notifications on our Instagram account to make sure you receive an alert on new social posts.

Yes! We can make most prints in many different sizes, including much larger than what's available on the site. We can also provide framing and have it shipped out 100% ready to hang. Please reach out to inquire.

Yes! Please reach out with your business name, type of business, business website and your resale certificate.

Most of Kayla's paintings are oil, and vary in substrate. Her paintings are made with quality canvases and professional-grade paints, and protected in an archival, UV-resistant varnish.

Fine art prints are giclée on Hahnemuhle paper- truly the highest quality paper prints you can buy. These are archival, museum-level reproductions.

We carefully adjust each image to stay as close as possible to the original, but please remember colors vary from monitor to monitor.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment providers.

Shipping takes about 2-4 weeks, depending on the dry time, processing time and more. Please see each individual listing for its shipment timeframe.

Paintings are listed when they're freshly finished, and still wet. Even after they dry for another week or two, they still need to be varnished, which takes another week or two to dry before it can safely be packed.

Prints are made to order and come from a printer in Texas. Once you place a print order, we reach out to our printer and place the order with them. From there, it takes about a week and a half (sometimes two) for them to print and ship to us in SC. Once we receive your print, it's checked over for quality inspections, signed, numbered, re-packed and shipped out to you. The whole process typically takes around 2-3 weeks to arrive to you, but longer during certain, busier times of the year.

Yes, we ship worldwide, however, our site is set up for US shipments only. Please email Hello@KaylaDeVitoFineArt.com with your address for a custom quote. Please note that due to current world circumstances, shipment costs are higher than usual.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please remember it takes 2-4 weeks to ship out anything on our site, so it may be some time before you receive another email with tracking.

All paintings ship free within the continental US, unless noted in the description. The shipping for prints is calculated at checkout.

All orders are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-cancellable due to their one-of-a-kind nature and desirability.
