A strong (sun or moon- your choice) that brightens up a marsh and reflects strongly on the water. I always love to paint strong light sources; in my mind, they represent hope in dark times.
Oil on custom hardboard, framed in an antique 1910s frame. This frame is rare in its design and condition. It features original, time-won character, adding to the overall charm of this piece. This scene was created specifically for this frame.
Frame is 11.5" x 9.5".

Pricing
Chosen prices are a direct correlation of time spent creating. Some paintings take 10 hours and some take several months of 60+ hours of work plus dry times between layers. The value, rarity and ornateness of each frame (or lack thereof) is also taken into account.
