This painting is for those who've experienced the relentless of working your life away, and feel invaluable if they rest. I loved this poem because it reminded me I don't have to be "on" all the time, and I can't give from an empty cup.
Oil on a solid heavy oak antique printers tray from France. The tray features the original small numbered tag on the top. Please note that this tray is a true antique, and as such, features marks and dings underneath the paint instead of a super smooth surface. I feel this adds character to the overall piece.
Total printer’s tray size is 29” x 22.5”. Painting is 27.75” x 12”.
