This painting represents looking for the light in dark times, and finding it amongst family, friends and loved ones. I hope it's a reminder that the light is always there, even if it's sometimes temporarily hidden by the clouds. It may be dimmed from time to time, but it never goes out.

All originals and prints come with the poem they’re named/painted from, in case you’d like to frame and hang it next to the art.

Oil on board in gorgeous antique 1850s/60s frame, ready to hang. Frame is solid oak, and in incredible original condition with a black lacquered floral motif. It is one of, if not the, most beautiful antique frame I've ever come across.
