A bright light (sun or moon- your choice) that lights up a marsh and reflects strongly on the water. I always love to paint strong light sources; in my mind, they represent hope in dark times.
Oil on custom hardboard, framed in a late 1800s silver and muted gold frame. The frame features original, time-won character, adding to the overall charm of this piece. This scene was created specifically for this frame.
Painting is 13.25" x 11".
Frame is 23.25" x 20.5".
